Our barrel aged coffees are hand turned for 60+ days in 53-gallon medium char White Oak Spirits barrels to allow for the coffee beans to absorb the optimal flavor essence of the Spirits once contained in the barrel. The exceptionally rich flavors of our barrel aging process create a bond with both coffee and barrel.
